We are really pleased to have Hazel Hanley running an osteopathy clinic at No. 21.
"I graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost) degree in 2013. Since graduating I’ve been working in clinics in London, Marlow and High Wycombe as an osteopath and sports massage therapist. In 2019 I decided to set up Minerva Osteopathy and to start running my own clinic in Lane End, as well as continuing to work as an associate at a clinic in High Wycombe."
Whether you have a recent ankle sprain or chronic back or joint aches and pain, Hazel can offer diagnosis, treatment, exercises and advice to help get you back to your best.
People see Hazel for a wide range of problems from top to toe and everything in between. These include things like headaches and migraines, sciatica and ‘slipped discs’.
She will give you the time to explain what’s been going on for you, to find the cause of the problem rather than just working on the symptoms, and will work with you to find a solution.
The various Swedish massage techniques are designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed.
Swedish massage uses softer strokes on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage. This adjustment of pressure makes it an ideal massage for relaxation.
Besides the calming benefits, Swedish massage is thought to be good for:
Back, neck and shoulders – 25 minutes £35.00
Full body – 50 minutes £50.00
We will be adding this treatment to our menu. Please check back for more information.
